Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a fully resalable condition.

2. Return Procedure

Initiation: To start a return, please contact our support team at info@buneyemek.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Documentation: Customers must fill out the return form completely and return the product along with its original invoice and packaging.

3. Valid Return Reasons

Defective or Damaged Goods: Customers may request a return or exchange if a product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled.
Policy Compliance: Requests must strictly adhere to the designated timeframes and conditions.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Processing: Once a return request is approved and the items are inspected, the refund process will be initiated.
Timeline: Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days, depending on your original payment method and banking institution.
Shipping Costs: Refund amounts cover the product price. Depending on the reason for the return (e.g., defective item), original shipping costs may also be refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

Used or Opened Goods: Products that have been used, consumed, or whose protective seals/packaging have been opened.
Custom-Produced Products: Items specifically manufactured, customized, or prepared to order based on individual customer specifications or personal requests.
Live Microorganism Starter Cultures: Fresh or active cultures due to their perishable living nature and food safety regulations.
Perishable Goods: Items with a high risk of rapid spoilage or short expiration dates.
